Lekan Balogun,

A result-oriented and energetic executive with expertise in business expansion in both start-up and multi-national organizations, Balogun has a sound understanding of the rudiments of business, with deep technical knowledge spanning over 26 years in managing sales, operations, technology and personnel with engagement at subsidiary, regional and corporate levels.

His industry experience cuts across Microsoft Corporations, SAP AG, Linkserve Limited and Panaftel Wireless among others. He studied Computer Engineering at the Obafemi Awolowo University, and has attended several local and overseas training that cuts across business strategy, negotiation & conflict resolution and people management.

Yinka's career spans over 12 years in the banking, manufacturing and telecommunication industries and across various roles covering Industrial Relations, HR Services, Policy Development and Organizational Effectiveness.

He was appointed the Ag. Head (HR) in Wema Bank Plc during the merger of the bank and the old National Bank in 2006. He holds a first degree in Economics and M.Sc. in Management from the University of Lagos. He had attended several courses both home and abroad including the Lagos Business School and Euromoney Training in UK.

Yinka is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), a Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR: USA) and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM: SCP), USA. He is married with two children.

Iyola Folayan (Engr.) (B.Eng., MCP, SMP) ,

Iyiola is a graduate of Electrical Engineering University of Ilorin and started his professional career as a computer Engineer with General Data Engineering Services (SKANNET) Ibadan. He rose to be an Assistant Manager (Network Infrastructure) with GDES.

Joined VDT Communications Lagos and rose to the position of Head, Network Planning and Performance and later went on to become the Assistant General Manager(Network Planning). With a record of immense contribution to human capital development and Internet Service delivery over the years, Iyiola joined Bitflux as the Chief Technical Officer.

Iyiola Folayan has attended several trainings within and outside Nigeria. A Mikrotik Certified Routing Engineer and Information Technology Library Certified with vast experience in IP Engineering, a graduate of Senior Management programme from the Pan African University (Lagos Business School), holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration(MBA) and a Member, Nigerian Society of Engineers(MNSE)

Adewale is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 11 years experience in Financial Management and Business Administration. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honours in Management and Accounting from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU). Wale is an associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) as well as the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRC).

An alumnus of Lagos Business School, Wale is responsible for oversight of the finance and accounting functions as well as implementation of the company’s strategic plan. He has attended several trainings and is versatile in Financial Planning, Budgeting, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and corporate governance matters.

Mariam Momoh,

Mariam Momoh obtained her B.L. Degree from the Nigerian Law School, Bwari, Abuja; and LL.B degree from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. She specializes in Information Technology and Telecommunications law, Company law and Commercial law.

Mariam in the course of her career at Olisa Agbakoba Legal, and Legatus Solicitors advised and represented individuals, Communications Companies, Infrastructure Companies, Banks and other Financial Institutions, Indigenous Oil Companies and Insurance companies on their business transactions and regulatory compliance issues. She has a firm grasp of corporate governance and risk management. She has also made quite significant appearances at various levels of the Nigerian judicial hierarchy, particularly at the Federal High Court and the National Industrial Court.

She is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association’s Section on Business Law, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK.

Bamiyo is an ITIL Certified Customer Experience Professional whose experience in managing customer service activities cuts across IT, FMCG, Automobile and Banking industries, spanning over a decade.

Bamiyo is a qualified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Auditor with a passion for excellent Customer Relationship Management through intuitive engagement. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, a Masters' Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Service Professional Certificate from Service Strategies USA.
