Rotimi Oyekanmi is currently a Partner of Apis Partners LLP, a private equity fund manager focused on investing in equity of growth companies in Africa and South Asia. Rotimi has been involved in Private Equity/Venture Capital and Investment Banking for over 30 years: serving as CEO Renaissance Group Nigeria with responsibility for Renaissance Capital (Investment Banking), Renaissance Partners (Merchant Banking) and with African Capital Alliance (ACA); serving at various times as Chief Investment Officer, CEO, SME Manager Limited and Investment Principal in the Capital Alliance Private Equity Fund (first structured fund in Nigeria).  He trained as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen and also served as financial consultant to many blue-chip Corporations. Rotimi served as a Non-Executive Director of Diamond Bank plc (2016 – 2018), Director of Rendeavour Group (2015 – 2019), Chairman of Ren Money MFB Limited (2013 – 2016) and West African Land Holdings Limited - a subsidiary of Rendeavour Group (2012 -2015). He is currently an Independent Non-Executive director of The Bridge Clinic Limited. He is a prize-winning Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Alumni of the University of Ibadan and London School of Economics.

Abiodun Omoniyi – Group CEO

He has over 20years of top corporate management experience in the ICT industry as well as an advisor and Entrepreneur to many computerization projects in Nigeria public and private sectors. He was the MD of Bitcom Systems (an ICT company). He has led VDT to a multi-million naira company by providing IP and connectivity service to many Banks in Nigeria. He has a B.Eng. (Electrical Engineering) from the University of Ilorin and he is a CEP-9 alumnus of Lagos Business School. He has also attended many local and overseas seminar, training and conferences in relation to digital communication technologies. He is married with children.

Gbemi Laditan - Group CFO

Mrs. Gbemi Laditan is currently an executive director and the group CFO of the Superflux group of companies which has interests in manufacturing, logistics, telecoms and agriculture. A prize-winning chartered accountant with over thirty years’ experience in financial control, consultancy, management accounting, taxation, operations, corporate finance, private equity, SME capacity building, marketing, credit and auditing. She possesses proven abilities in defining organizational direction, instituting corporate governance, achieving targets and systems optimization. Trained by the prestigious firm of Peat Marwick & Co, Mrs. Laditan qualified as a chartered accountant in 1988 and later went on to establish a career in banking spanning twenty-four years with her last position being with United Bank for Africa Plc. as a member of general management. Mrs. Laditan has held Board level positions in various companies including; UBA Private Equity Limited (MD/CEO), Abuja Leasing Company Limited, Lekky Budget Hotels Limited, MP Budget Limited, Sundry Foods Limited, Omonefe Foods Limited and Beachgate Hotels Limited. She is a fellow of the institute of chartered accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation in Nigeria (CITN), a member of the Financial Reporting Council and a holder of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Diploma of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She is an alumnus of the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile- Ife.

Umar Abdulahi – Director

Alh Umar Abdulahi has over 30 years’ experience after graduating in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He worked variously as corporate planner at NNDC, Kaduna; Managing Director Empire Commodities and Fidelity Intra Africa Ltd, he is also a Consultant to several development projects all over the country. He attended several overseas oil and gas seminars and sits on the board of several local and foreign companies as Chair or Director. He was a pioneer council member of the Nigeria- Nordic chamber of commerce and the founding president of the Nigeria –Ivorian chamber of commerce. He is an astute Professional and businessman; he joined the board of VDT Communications since 2007. He is married with children.

Olaolu Adewole – Director

Olaolu Adewole has several years of technical and management experience. Having graduated with a first class degree from the Electrical Engineering department of the University of Ilorin in 1984. He worked variously in consulting and management positions in UAC, Accenture (formerly Anderson Consulting) before joining Citibank, Nigeria and later became the pioneer Head of technology at Guaranty Trust Bank in 1991 from where he resigned in 1994 to become an Entrepreneur, setting up and investing in many public and private enterprises in Nigeria and overseas. He is currently the Chief Executive of Goforit Inc. a company he founded in USA, providing consulting and contracting services to government and private sector businesses since 1995. A resident citizen of the USA, he is a well-travelled and experienced technopreneur.

Tunji Gafaar - Director

Tunji Gafaar has over 25 years’ experience in the Network and Communications, Design and implementation of LANs, MANs and LANs schemes. He is a notable national resource person on issues relating to Networking and Communication. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and Communication and M.Sc. in Computer Engineering. He also holds a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA). He is a Novell Certified Network NetWare Engineer (CNE). He is a frequent resource instructor at the prestigious Lagos Business School on business application of Information Technologies. He has been involved in several local and overseas training and he is married with children.

Adenike Adeyemi - Director

Nike Adeyemi is a development sector professional with many years cognate experience in youth enablement strategies, non-profit firm management and enterprise development.  She is currently the Chief Executive Officer for FATE Foundation, Nigeria’s foremost non- profit development organization where she leveraged digital technology to support young entrepreneurs across the country. She has published many papers on her research interest of the Nigerian entrepreneurship ecosystem.She previously worked in top positions in KPMG Nigeria. She was also the pioneer Executive Director of the Nigeria Leadership Initiative. She started her career in 2001 with the West African NGO Network (WANGONeT). She currently serves as a Director on the Boards of BudgIT, Afritickets, Oxbridge Tutorial College Foundation and also serves as the African Member on Youth Business International INSIST Group. Adenike holds two Master degrees in Public Administration; Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University, New Jersey, USA as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Ibadan.

Onamari Horsfall holds a Doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in Credit Management from University of Panama. He is also a Fellow – Institute of Credit Administration, Fellow– Institute of Professional Managers Association, Member – Nigerian Institute of Marketing, Member – National Institute of Marketing Nigeria.He is a winner of numerous awards for his outstanding performance, including, but not limited to Credit Management Director of the Year, Outstanding Director/ Leadership Award and Ambassador of Excellence, Abia State University Lawn Tennis Club.In his role at VDT Communications, he works closely with his team and key stakeholders in providing support to achieve business strategies in line with the company’s business plan. He is interested in lawn tennis, travelling and music. Onamari is happily married with children.

Abimbola Olabisi Ikumariegbe - COO Enterprise Sales

Abimbola Olabisi Ikumariegbe, is a Nigerian with over 20 years of relevant professional experience. She is currently the Chief Operating Officer at VDT Communications Limited, a member Company of the Bitflux Group.At VDT, she currently manages the Enterprise & SME business, overseeing strategic growth and customer relationship management of the company.An excellent team player and leader, Bimbo played instrumental role in the formation of the Sales & Marketing Department of  VDT Communications and with pacesetting managerial style, led the consistent growth of the company in terms of revenue, expansion and brand visibility.She is also part of the team that oversee the evolution of VDT service from Enterprise solution only, to the creation of SME and Retail service solutions – VDT SMEmpower and VDT 4G Lte.Bimbo is a Board Member of Bitflux Group and also an Advisory Board Member of the West Africa Internet Exchange (WAF-IX).Prior to joining VDT Communications Limited in 2001, she worked as a Sales Executive at Bitcoms Systems and also at Magic Software Enterprises.Bimbo holds a BA degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University and also an MBA from the same University.She is also an alumnus of the Pan Atlantic University, Lagos and Westminster Business School, UK. She is ITIL Certified and has undergone series of developmental trainings both within and outside the country.

Recognised and respected both within and outside the legal profession for her legal, administrative and organisational skills, Funmi Roberts has the profound ability to utilise her excellent analytical skills to achieve defined impactful objectives and develop novel strategically designed solutions to challenges.All these, coupled with tenacity and refusal to be defined or limited by her environment, have enabled her to build of one of the leading value-driven legal and ADR law firms in Nigeria, with offices in Ibadan, Oyo State and Lagos State, with a focal point at the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. Funmi, has used her leadership attributes and experienced garnered over the course of active legal practice to be an effective Chairman of the National Committee on the Reform of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act Cap. A18 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004 (ACA), which has produced a Bill for the Repeal and Re-Enactment of the ACA currently before the National Assembly. She also adds considerable value to the corporate and NGO boards she sits on as non-executive director or trustee, including the largest bank in Liberia, Ecobank, Liberia. She also currently serves as the Honorary Legal Adviser and Council Member of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria. It is all these and more that gave rise to her passion to pay it forward by mentoring young people, especially lawyers through several mentoring platforms, including her personal platform convened monthly and called ‘Breakfast with Funmi Roberts’ .

She is an accomplished financial Management Professional and has attended several top notch trainings both locally and overseas. She is currently the Managing Consultant & CEO, TowerCross Professional Services Limited - a Business Advisory and Financial Management Consulting Company. She is a Healthy Living Ambassador and loves singing and dancing to spiritual songs, light exercising and educating people on the benefits of adopting a healthy lifestyle.
